In line with Notice of Convening Annual General Assembly of Bosnalijek d.d. dating from 28.04.2017, and Notification on Received Proposals of Candidates for Members of Supervisory Board of Bosnalijek d.d.

NOTIFICATION

In line with Notice of Convening Annual General Assembly of Bosnalijek d.d. dating from 28.04.2017, and Notification on Received Proposals of Candidates for Members of Supervisory Board of Bosnalijek d.d. dating from 13.05.2017, as well as Notice of Reconvened Annual General Assembly of Bosnalijek d.d. from 24.05.2017, which is convened for 03.06.2017, with opening at 12:00 h, a ballot within point 10 of the specified agenda: "Making decision on selecting the Company's Supervisory Board members" shall include proposals of candidates for members of Bosnalijek d.d. Supervisory Board, who meet the conditions specified by the Law and Company Statute, namely:

2)   Bernadin Alagić
3)   Vedad Tuzović
4)   Mirna Sijerčić
5)   Nedim Rizvanović
